To help us serve our immediate neighborhood, CGSRC has two wait lists. The In Boundary list includes families living within the neighborhood boundaries specified below. The Out of Boundary list includes families living outside the specified boundaries. Once the In Boundary wait list is exhausted, the Board will draw from the Out of Boundary wait list. Proof of residence will be confirmed at time of invitation. Neighborhood boundaries are specified as the area bounded on the south by Folsom Boulevard, on the west by Howe Avenue, on the east by Watt Avenue, and on the north by the American River.
